This is taking me a little while to piece together, so archiving the process here with maybe more specifically useful keywords in the subject. The semantic sloppiness of some posts makes me mindful to redouble my own efforts to avoid the trap of useless Subject lines that fail to provide help keywords. I surely have much room to improve in this area.

Below are the pertinent forum and blog posts I’ve identified so far. I may boil the whole process down to a direct HOWTO later if I get the itch to do so. So far, I have not succeeded in accomplishing this setup, so only providing the bits and pieces as potentially helpful in your own search until an authoritative HOWTO emerges somewhere.
